Redeeming Rewards enables customers to use their reward points to gain order discounts or item discounts, depending on the type of reward program that was originally established.
To redeem points on an order, first, add the customer's reward number to the order. It is preferred that all items on the order are added first, as the coupon will only be applied if the minimum amount to pay is equal to or greater than the coupon discount.
Click on the square to select the coupon and click apply to use the coupon.
After this, your discount coupon should have been applied. You can use multiple coupons by selecting multiple boxes if all of them are eligible.
