Follow these steps to edit the writing on a receipt printer using the OctoPos Backoffice system:
Log in to OctoPos Backoffice:
Open your web browser and navigate to the OctoPos Backoffice login page.
Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
Navigate to Settings:
Once logged in, find and click on the "Settings" tab in the main menu.
Select Locations:
In the Settiings section, click on "Locations" to view all your business locations.
Access Location Settings:
Find the location for which you want to edit the receipt text.
Click on "Location Settings" for the chosen location.
Edit Receipt Text:
In the Location Settings, navigate to the "Receipts" section.
Here, you will see options to edit the text that appears on your receipts.
Make the necessary changes to the receipt text.
Save Changes:
After editing the receipt text, ensure you save your changes to update the settings.
Now, your receipt printer will use the updated text for all future receipts.
